Are there restrictions on what I can review?

Not really! You can review anything that is a product or service (sorry, you can't review your mum's cooking). The product or service must be available to the public, and your review must meet our listing rules (below) .

How do I review an item?

Just give us your genuine opinion, good or bad.

Are there any rules for posting a review?

We do have a few ground rules to keep things from turning to custard:

• You must have actually used the product or service
• You must not have been paid or otherwise incentivised to post the review (it's ok if you received the product for free, but you must be posting the review in good faith)
• New reviews/items must contain the brand and name of the item and must be identifiable if someone were to want to purchase the product or service.
• All information in the review (including but not limited to category, tag, title and description) must be accurate

Any reviews in violation of these guidelines will be removed.
